When you are using this website to make bookings through Calendly and completing payments via PayPal, you agree in full and accept all of the following booking terms and conditions:
Minimum Age Mandatory Requirement: The Aussie Medium requires all clients are 21+. When you are booking, you are automatically confirming that you are a minimum of 21 years of age.
Making a Booking and Payment: When you view availability this is in real time and shows in your own timezone. Full prepayment is required to secure your appointment and is processed through PayPal. All prices are listed on this website in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy: As a courtesy, all cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance and will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed through PayPal. Cancellations made inside of 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and no shows will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure you are on time for your session. If you are late, your session will not be extended or rescheduled.
Mandatory Reading: When making a booking we require all clients to read the information provided with rules and recommendations on how to get the most from your session on our Before Your Session page.
Code of Conduct for Clients: During your session, clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund. Likewise The Aussie Medium reserves the right to conclude your session at any point.
